Almost All Businesses Have a Business Directory

Almost all businesses have a business directory. I find it so complicated to use those directories, I choose not to call businesses. Unfortunately, I am a working person and therefore I also have bills. Sometimes I need to call the businesses because I am having a problem with one of my bills. Sometimes I even have problem with my television service. So I have to call the cable company. You probably spend about 15 minutes before you are able to talk to a person. This is so frustrating because I always want to hang up the phone. After spending about 15 minutes on the phone, I want to hang up but I never do. After being on the business directory and finally able to talk to the person, I am still not satisfied with the service. Most people that work for these companies are not even local. They are usually not even from our country.
